Thanks to compact malaxer options and independent temperature regulation, modular systems allow custom cold-extraction parameters to be applied to each specific olive variety. Furthermore, they are ideally suited for seasonal or mobile (containerized) production setups.

There is no need to replace the entire facility or production line. For instance, when you want to increase your olive processing capacity, you can simply integrate an additional malaxer module or a higher-capacity decanter unit into your existing line. Thanks to the plug-and-play architecture of the modular design, existing piping and electrical infrastructure can be connected to the new unit with minimal operational downtime.

Hygiene is the single most critical factor in determining the quality and sensory characteristics (fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency) of olive oil. Modular systems stand out due to their easily removable and cleanable components and pipelines, as well as their full compatibility with integrated CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems. By preventing sediment and stale oil residues when transitioning from one batch to another, they directly contribute to preserving low free fatty acidity and low peroxide values.
