Open positions are advertised through career websites. Candidates whose competencies match the requirements of the position are invited for interviews by our Human Resources Department, initiating the recruitment process.

Following the interviews, applications from candidates who are not selected for the current position are retained in our database for consideration for other suitable opportunities and followed up accordingly. All candidates are informed of the outcome of the recruitment process.
